Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and were able to recommend items to meet the very specific health requirements of my elderly dog. They went out of their way to listen to what I was looking for and explained what they thought would be the best options. I had two small children with me, and they were very patient while I also dealt with them. I was also provided with a free sample of another item that might be beneficial for my pet. Fantastic service! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Staff at the Rockhampton store are always very helpful, friendly, great advise. They were very supportive when my 14 year old fur baby passed away.
